Laura is a licensed local realtor who realized Charlotte's need for a staging company that provided the modern and welcoming look and feel she wanted her clients' homes to project. She partnered with her design-loving friend Nancy, a former software company executive, and together they launched Signature Staging in 2006. Nancy moved back to her her hometown in 2020 and Laura now runs the business with the help of several talented designers.
After years of success and growth, the company now offers a warehouse full of gorgeous furniture, luxury artwork and charming décor. The main objective is simple:
to create beautiful spaces that immediately make potential buyers feel at home, in turn selling your home faster...and it works! Signature Staging has helped numerous realtors across the city sell homes, some in less than 24 hours!
